Bruschetta
Ingredients:
2 glasses of 105g la belle-iloise chopped tomatoes and sardines
2 or 3 hearty slices of bread
8 cherry tomatoes
8 mini mozzarella balls
Basil leaves
Instructions
1. Toast the Bread
Lightly toast the slices of bread until crisp and golden.
2. Prepare the Toppings
Slice the cherry tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls into thin rounds.
3. Add the Tomato–Sardine Base
Spread a generous layer of the chopped tomatoes and sardines over each toasted slice.
4. Layer the Fresh Ingredients
Arrange a few slices of mozzarella and tomato on top, then sprinkle with chopped fresh basil.
5. Optional Garlic Step
If you enjoy a stronger garlic flavor, rub the warm toast with a peeled garlic clove before adding the toppings.
