How to make Bologna Salad


⅓ cup Sweet Pickle Relish

1 pound bologna

4 eggs, hard boiled, chopped

¼ cup mayonnaise


Place the 4 eggs into a pan of cold water. Set on medium high heat and bring to a rolling boil.

When the water begins the rolling boil, shut the heat off and leave the eggs sit in the water for ten minutes

Once cooled off, peel the shells off the eggs and chop the eggs roughly

Place the chopped eggs into a food processor or blender

Cut the bologna into pieces, dice it or rough chope, does not make a difference. Then toss the bologna into the processor

Add in the Sweet pickle relish

Add the ¼ cup mayonnaise

Blend or pulse until the mix looks like a pate’, or a slightly bumpy mix

Place the bologna on crackers or bread
