Ingredients:

1 tsp chili

500 g Cocktail tomatoes

2 pcs Garlic cloves

1 tbsp Herbs, Italian

2 tbsp olive oil

50 g Parmesan, grated

1 prize pepper

1 prize Salt

400 g Tomatoes, cut into pieces

90 g Tomato paste

800 g Tortellini, fresh

1 cup Water

2 pcs Onion

Instructions:

Step 1:

For the tortellini , wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces.

Chop the peeled onion, sauté it in a pan with heated oil

Stir in the tomato paste

Mix well and let it fry for about 3 minutes.

Step 2:

Deglaze with water and add tomato pieces.

Press in the peeled garlic, stir in the herbs and chili and mix well.

Season the sauce with salt and pepper, cover and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Step 3:

Place the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water

Remove the pot from the heat and let the tortellini steep according to the instructions for use.

Step 4:

Divide the washed cocktail tomatoes in half.

Add them to the sauce and let them steep for 5 minutes.

Step 5:

Scoop the tortellini with a slotted spoon, place on plates, spread the tomato sauce over it, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
