Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters – No Bake
Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters – No Bake
Ingredients
2 cups crushed mini pretzels, roughly broken into bite-size pieces
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1½ cups chocolate chips, white or semi-sweet/dark, depending on preference
1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter (optional, for smoother melting)
½ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Flaky sea salt, for finishing (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Tray
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat so the clusters don’t stick once set.
Melt the Chocolate
Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil or butter into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is fully melted and smooth.
Combine the Base Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the crushed pretzels, peanut butter, and chopped peanuts if using, until evenly mixed.
Mix with Chocolate
Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel mixture and gently fold everything together until all pieces are well coated.
Shape the Clusters
Scoop small mounds of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. While still soft, sprinkle lightly with sea salt flakes if desired.
Chill Until Firm
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1 hour, or until the clusters are completely set. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
