2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
For the Fudge
Creamy peanut butter (2 cups) – Smooth and rich, forming the base of the fudge
Vanilla frosting (1 container, 16 oz) – Adds sweetness, structure, and a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture
Equipment Needed
8×8-inch baking dish – Ideal size for evenly set fudge
Parchment paper – Makes lifting and slicing the fudge effortless
Instructions
Prepare the pan
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang on the sides.
This will make removing the fudge easy once it has set.
Combine the ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, add the peanut butter and vanilla frosting.
Stir until completely smooth and evenly blended.
The mixture should be thick and creamy, similar to soft dough.
Fill the pan
Spoon the mixture into the prepared dish.
Press it firmly into the corners and smooth the surface using a spatula or the back of a spoon.
Chill until firm
Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for 1½ to 2 hours, or until the fudge is fully set.
For a quicker option, freeze for 45–60 minutes.
Cut and serve
Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper.
Slice into small squares with a sharp knife and serve.
