2 pounds of pork steak (Bone in) cubed1 can diced tomatoes
4 large potatoes, cubed.
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 cup onion
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup chopped hatch green Chile
1 teaspoon cumin
