Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients

¼ tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1 cup flour

⅔ cup granulated sugar

½ cup brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

½ tsp vanilla extract

½ cup peanut butter

⅓ cup butter, softened

Instructions

Step 1:

Preheat the oven to 350*

Grease a 9×9 baking pan

Step 2:

In a mixing bowl, combine and beat the peanut butter and the butter

Gradually add in the brown sugar, white sugar, eggs and vanilla. Beat well until fluffy

Step 3:

Combine the flour, baking soda and salt into the peanut butter mixture

Pour into the prepared pan

Step 4:

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the top springs back when touched

Step 5:

Set to the side and allow to cool

When cooled, cut into 16 squares
