Chocolate Bomb Brownies

Ingredients

Bottom:

1 box Brownie mix

2 large eggs

¼ cup oil

¼ cup water

Middle Layer:

1 jar Jet-Puff Marshmallow Cream

Top Layer:

1 cup Peanut Butter, creamy or chunky

2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

3 cups Rice Krispies, (I prefer Cocoa Krispies)

Instructions

Spray a 9×13 baking pan with non-stick spray

Prepare the brownies as instructed on the box

Bake the brownies, as directed

Remove from the oven, set to the side and cool completely

When cooled completely, spread the layer of Marshmallow cream on the brownies

In a medium sized bowl, place the chocolate chips and the Peanut Butter together

Melt at 30 second intervals, until the chocolate is melted

Stir together to completely combine

Stir the Rice Krispies into the chocolate and the Peanut Butter mix

Spread this layer carefully over the layer of Marshmallow Cream

Cover and chill for two hours

Cut into 24 to 36 bars, depending how many people. The bars could also be made smaller.
