Notes:

Crust Preparation: The graham cracker crust is quick and easy to make with just graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Pressing the mixture firmly into the pie plate ensures a solid base that holds together well after chilling.

Chilling the Crust: After preparing the crust, chilling it in the refrigerator allows it to firm up, making it easier to layer the cheesecake mixture and strawberries on top without disturbing the crust.

Cheesecake Filling: The cheesecake filling is creamy and sugar-free, made with softened cream cheese, milk, and sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix. Beating the cream cheese until fluffy and gradually adding in the milk ensures a smooth texture.

Layering: The cheesecake is assembled in layers. Half of the cheesecake mixture is spread evenly over the chilled crust, followed by a layer of freshly sliced strawberries. The remaining cheesecake mixture is then spread over the strawberries, with additional strawberries placed on top for a decorative finish.

Chilling Time: To achieve the perfect consistency, the assembled cheesecake needs to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 to 2 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together and the cheesecake to set properly.

Serving: Once chilled, the cheesecake can be served directly from the refrigerator. It’s a refreshing dessert option, especially during warmer months, and the sugar-free aspect makes it suitable for those watching their sugar intake.

Variations: Feel free to customize by using different berries or adding a touch of lemon zest to the filling for a citrusy twist. Adjust sweetness according to your preference by adding more or less of the sugar-free pudding mix.

Storage: Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator. It’s best consumed within a few days to maintain freshness and texture.
