Ingredients:

3 tbsp. Olive Oil

3 lbs. Beef Stew Meat

2 tsp. Garlic Minced

1 large Onion Chopped Into Wedges

2 tbsp. Butter

½ tbsp. Dijon

⅛ cup Steak Sauce

½ tbsp. Horseradish

2 cup Beef Broth

1 Packet French Onion Soup Mix

2 tbsp. Cold Water

2 tbsp. Cornstarch

8 oz. Mushrooms Sliced

Salt And Pepper To Taste

1 Bag Egg Noodles

Instructions:

Sear the beef in heated oil in a large pot over medium high heat.

Stir in the butter and garlic and sauté another 30 seconds.

Add the onion, beef broth, steak sauce, Dijon, horseradish, French onion soup mix and salt and pepper to taste.

Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Cook the egg noodles until done to your liking and drain. Mix the cornstarch and cold water together.

Pour the cornstarch mixture, egg noodles and mushrooms into the pot.

Continue to cook until the sauce has thickened and the mushrooms have softened.
