Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients

24 large Strawberries

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup confectioner’s sugar

¼ cup sour cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pack graham crackers, crushed

Instructions

Wash and dry the strawberries. Sut the leaf side of strawberries so they sit flat on a plate.

Cut each strawberry into six points, but do not cut all the way through.

In a mixing bowl on high speed, beat the cream cheese until it is smooth

Mix in the vanilla extract and the confectioner’s sugar.

Beat until smooth.

Using a star shaped tip on a piping bag, fill the strawberries with the cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the tops.
