1 package of cubed ham
1 package of frozen steamable broccoli florets
2 tablespoons butter
1 small onion diced

1 carrot finely chopped
1 clove garlic minced
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 cups of chicken stock
12 oz. of beer of choice
2 cups heavy cream
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ a block of cubed Velveeta
2 cups shredded pepperjack cheese
Instructions:
Fry bacon and in a pot over medium heat until crisp. Reserve drippings and remove bacon to a paper towel lined plate.
